Hourly Fee plus call out

An hourly fee of $120 (inc GST) per hour plus $60 (inc GST) (if applicable) is chargeable.

Payment

Payment is required within 7 days of the Tax Invoice, cash, EFT or cheque are acceptable methods of payment. Credit cards may attract an additional fee. Mac After Dark reserves the right to refund in full, or refuse service.

Conditions

Data back ups are highly recommended before working on any system, we strongly suggest completing a back up before any servicing or maintenance works is carried out, Mac After Dark cannot be liable for a client’s back up failing.

We suggest a Time Machine back up preferably on two separate mediums. Replacement parts are warrantied to the manufacturers warranty, failed parts may attract further labour charges to remove and replace those parts.

While all care is taken with every client's Mac, sometimes previous repairs or manufacturing flaws cause damage to screens or parts, damage is not warrantied. All care, no responsibility is taken.
